Where is my order? How can I track my delivery
Once you place an order with MR AND MRS DESIGNER, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a further email with your tracking details.
For in-stock items, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the delivery service available in your region.
If your order includes an item with a stated lead time, dispatch may take longer. Lead times are shown on the product page or at checkout and are indicative only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@mrandmrsdesigner.com.
We will do our best to assist, however once an order has been processed, dispatched, or placed into production with a supplier, we may be unable to cancel or amend it.
Custom, made-to-order, special order, or personalised items may not be able to be cancelled once confirmed with the supplier or manufacturer.
How can I return a product and what does it cost?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
You may request:
- a full refund within 7 days of delivery; or
- store credit from day 8 to day 30 after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, exchanges, incorrect selection, or customer preference are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping will be covered by MR AND MRS DESIGNER where the issue is accepted following assessment.

Custom, made-to-order, special order, or personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty, damaged, or required by law.
The product I’m interested in is out of stock – when will it be available?
If a product is out of stock, availability will depend on the supplier, production schedule, and incoming shipment timelines.
Where available, estimated lead times or restock information will be shown on the product page. You are also welcome to contact us at care@mrandmrsdesigner.com, and our customer care team can check the latest expected availability for you.
Please note that restock dates and lead times are indicative only and may change due to supplier availability, freight conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
